WHAT IS A FACIAL?

After your consultation to create your custom treatment based on your skin's condition and needs, you can relax in one of our treatment rooms as your professional facial is performed. Your facial treatment will be personalized; however, most facials will begin with a deep cleaning to eliminate any dirt, oil, and makeup. After that, steam is safely used to open the skin pores so whiteheads and blackheads can be easily extracted. This is often followed by a type of exfoliation, either done by hand or with an add-on treatment. A mask or serum may be massaged in for deep nourishment. To end the treatment, an SPF moisturizer selected for your skin type will be smoothed on to protect the skin from sun damage following the facial.

HydraFacials are performed in one of our private treatment rooms in about 30 – 45 minutes. The treatment includes six main steps: cleansing, exfoliation, pore extraction, moisturization, adding nourishment, and protection. These parts are personalized to the needs of your complexion with the appropriate cleansers, exfoliation methods, serums, moisturizers, and any other needed products. A HydraFacial may be further customized with another complementary skin treatment, like a chemical peel.
